Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of the Artificial Wit website and platform. By using our services, you agree to them.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Artificial Wit website, dashboard, MCP server, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Artificial Wit provides a platform that connects APIs and knowledge bases to large language models through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), including tools for configuring integrations, building a knowledge base, generating API keys, and retrieval-augmented AI responses. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
3. Accounts and Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@artificialwit.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
The Service is offered on Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans as described on our Pricing page. Paid plans, including the Pro plan's 14-day trial, renew automatically for successive billing periods unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Enterprise terms, including deployment and support commitments, are governed by a separate order form or agreement where one is in place, which takes precedence over these Terms for that customer.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; use the Service to build a competing product; probe, scan, or attempt to breach the security of the Service; upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; or use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of any third party.
6. Intellectual Property
Artificial Wit and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, and trademarks. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as permitted here.
7. Your Data
You retain ownership of the API connections, knowledge base content, prompts, and outputs you submit to or generate through the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not use Customer Data to train foundation models. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required to comply with law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 6, 9, and 10) will remain in effect.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them for business decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artificial Wit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
